Questions people actually ask

Do I need a card to start a trial?: Yes. We take a one-off ₦100 registration fee and save your card, so your plan continues without interruption when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged anything further.
What does the deposit fee mean?: When a customer pays a booking deposit through us, we keep a small share of that deposit and send you the rest. The percentage drops as you move up a plan, so the subscription partly pays for itself.
Do I pay to be verified?: No. Verification is free on every plan, including Free. Keeping customers safe from bad actors is our job, not something you should have to buy.
What happens if I stop paying?: You go back to Free. Your bookings, customers, reviews and money stay exactly where they are — you simply lose the paid features until you resubscribe.
Will you charge me for my own regular customers?: Never. We only ever take a one-off share of a first booking from a customer we introduced to you, and never a naira from that customer again.
