Questions before you start
What artizans ask before they list themselves, answered plainly.
Yes. Artizans create their own public profile, add services, show portfolio work, choose payment options and accept bookings directly. You do not need to belong to a venue first.
Open Coverage in your artizan dashboard. It starts from your base location with a distance you can adjust on the map, and you can add or exclude whole neighbourhoods or cities. You can test any address to check whether a customer there would find you, then save your changes in one go.
On your artizan dashboard Overview, switch availability to Not accepting bookings and choose a reason such as vacation, training, sick leave or personal time. You can add a return date and a short note. Customers see that you are unavailable but can still message you, and bookings reopen automatically on your return date.
Artizans are paid into the bank account set on the Payouts page of the artizan dashboard. Choose your bank from the list and add your account details so payouts can be sent; customers who pay at the appointment or by your own link pay you directly.
Follow the setup checklist on your artizan dashboard. It shows what is left in order of importance: your services and prices, your coverage area, your profile photo and portfolio, identity verification, and your payout account.
