When you connect WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we import a limited amount of your existing conversation history so your inbox is not empty on day one. This imported history, including any images or files attached to it, is deleted from our servers after 14 days. Files larger than 5 MB are never copied to our servers at all.
Deleting imported history does not delete your conversations — WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram remain the permanent home of your messages, and older conversations are always available in those apps. Messages sent or received through ArtizanSquare after you connect are part of your business records and are kept for as long as your account is active.
