Connected Profile

One business profile, built from every platform you already use

ArtizanSquare reads your Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook Page and WhatsApp Business account, merges what they say into one complete profile, and shows you anywhere they disagree. Then it pushes your answer back out, so your opening hours are the same everywhere a customer might look.

Free. Read-only until you choose to publish. Nothing is posted anywhere while you set it up.

Why your business details never match

Most small businesses are on four platforms and have updated one of them. The other three quietly tell customers the wrong thing.

4

places to keep updated

Google, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp each hold a different, partial version of your business.

1

of them is current

When hours change, most businesses update the one they were looking at and forget the rest.

0

of them talk to each other

No platform reads another. Nothing syncs unless something sits in the middle and does it.

How it works

Four steps, about five minutes, and you review everything before it is saved.

  1. 1. Connect what you already use

Pick any of Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile or WhatsApp Business. Connecting is read-only, so nothing is posted or changed anywhere.

  2. 2. We read all of them at once

Opening hours, address, phone, description, services, prices, photos and categories are pulled from every account you connected.

  3. 3. Disagreements come to you

Where two platforms say different things, you see both, with a note on which source is usually more reliable for that field. You decide once.

  4. 4. Push the answer back out

Publish your corrected hours, description and contact details back to Google Business Profile and WhatsApp so every platform finally matches.

What makes the merge worth trusting

Combining four sources is easy. Combining them without making your profile worse is the hard part.

Hours are merged day by day

If Google covers Monday to Friday and your Facebook Page also lists Saturday, you end up with a six-day week - not a choice between two incomplete answers. Where a day genuinely conflicts, you are asked.

The best price wins, not the last one

A WhatsApp catalogue price beats a Google service with no price, and your own price beats both. A service listed on three platforms becomes one entry with the best description, price and photo from across them.

Photos are ranked, not dumped

Captioned, high-resolution and landscape photos rank above stray feed shots, and the same photo posted to two platforms is only imported once. Your profile picture becomes your logo if you do not have one.

Categories are worked out from what you sell

Your service list is stronger evidence than a stale Google category. A barbershop that also does one manicure is filed under Barber, with nails offered as a suggestion rather than assumed.

What each platform gives and receives

Not every platform can be written to. Here is exactly what is possible, and what is not.

PlatformWhat we read from itWhat we can write back
Google Business ProfileOpening hours, address, phone, website, categories, services, photos, reviewsOpening hours, description, phone, website, and new posts
InstagramPhotos, captions, bio, profile pictureNothing - Meta provides no API to edit an Instagram profile
Facebook PageOpening hours, address, phone, email, category, description, posts, cover photoNothing - Meta provides no API to edit a Page's details
WhatsApp BusinessBusiness description, address, email, website, catalogue items and pricesBusiness description, address, email, website, and catalogue items

Post once. Appear where customers are searching.

Google Business posts show to people actively searching for a business like yours. Most listings have none, because it is one more place to remember.

Turn on auto-posting and every new Instagram or Facebook post is mirrored to your Google Business Profile. Captions are rewritten for the destination: trailing hashtag blocks and “link in bio” are removed, because they read as spam to someone deciding whether to visit you today, and long captions are trimmed to Google's 1,500-character limit. Posts without a photo are skipped, because Google rejects them.

  • Require approval before each post (on by default)
  • Only forward posts containing certain words
  • Never forward posts containing certain words
  • Add a Book, Call or Order button to the Google post

What this cannot do

Three real limits, stated plainly so nothing here surprises you later.

  • WhatsApp cannot give or receive opening hours

WhatsApp's API has no opening-hours field at all. The hours you set inside the WhatsApp Business app are private to that app. Your hours come from Google Business, your Facebook Page, or from what you enter on ArtizanSquare.

  • Instagram and Facebook profiles cannot be edited by us

Meta provides no way for an app to change a Page's hours or an Instagram bio. Those two are read-only sources. Google Business and WhatsApp are the platforms we can write back to.

  • Google only accepts services matching your listing category

Services can be read from Google but not freely written back, because Google only accepts service items that match your listing's primary category. Those still have to be added from Google Business itself.

Questions business owners ask

Straight answers about importing, merging and publishing your business details.

What is a connected business profile?

A connected business profile is one profile built automatically from the accounts a business already uses - Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp Business. ArtizanSquare reads each account, compares what they say, and merges them into a single profile with opening hours, services, prices, photos and categories filled in. The business can then push that profile back out to keep every platform in step.

How do I import my business details from Google Business Profile?

To import your details from Google Business Profile on ArtizanSquare, open Connected Profile in your business dashboard, connect your Google account, and select Build my profile. Your opening hours, address, phone number, services, categories and photos are imported in under a minute. You review each field before anything is saved.

Can I copy my WhatsApp catalogue into my services?

Yes. ArtizanSquare reads your WhatsApp Business catalogue and turns each product into a service with its name, description, price and photo. Where the same service also appears on Google without a price, the catalogue price is used, because a catalogue is a real price list a business maintains to sell from.

What happens when Google and Facebook show different opening hours?

When two platforms disagree, ArtizanSquare shows you both and asks you to decide. It does not silently pick one. Hours are merged day by day, so if Google covers Monday to Friday and Facebook also lists Saturday, you get a full week rather than one platform's version. Any day where the two genuinely conflict is flagged for you.

Can I update my Google Business Profile from ArtizanSquare?

Yes. Once your profile is built, you can publish your opening hours, description, phone number and website back to your Google Business Profile from ArtizanSquare. This is useful when your hours have changed and your Google listing is out of date, which is the single most common complaint customers leave about small businesses.

Can Instagram posts be posted to Google Business automatically?

Yes. ArtizanSquare can forward every new Instagram or Facebook post to your Google Business Profile automatically. Captions are tidied for Google - trailing hashtags and 'link in bio' are removed and long posts are trimmed to Google's 1,500 character limit. You can require approval before each post, which is the default.

Do I have to connect all four platforms?

No. You can connect any one of Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile or WhatsApp, or all four. Each one you add makes the merged profile more complete, because they carry different things: Google has hours and an address, Instagram has photos, WhatsApp has a catalogue with prices.

Is it safe to connect my accounts to ArtizanSquare?

Connecting an account to ArtizanSquare is read-only until you choose otherwise. Building your profile never posts anything to any platform. Nothing is written back to Google Business or WhatsApp unless you explicitly select which fields to publish, and every change to your ArtizanSquare profile can be undone.

Does ArtizanSquare change my prices without asking?

No. If you have already set a price for a service, ArtizanSquare never overwrites it with a price found on another platform. Imported prices only fill in services that had no price, and you review every suggested change before it is applied.

Stop typing your business details for the fourth time

Connect the accounts you already have and let ArtizanSquare build the profile. It takes about five minutes, it is free, and you review everything before it is saved.
