Answers every question
Price, sizes, delivery, opening hours - from your catalogue and your business brief, day or night.
ArtizanSquare gives you a product catalogue and an AI sales assistant that knows it. The assistant answers customers with your real prices and stock, takes orders in the chat, recovers unfinished baskets and follows up leads - and steps aside the moment you reply yourself.
Free for up to five products. Nothing is sent to a customer until you say so.
Each one can be Off, Suggest (you approve) or Auto. Hand over as much or as little as you like.
Price, sizes, delivery, opening hours - from your catalogue and your business brief, day or night.
Adds items to a basket, offers one matching extra, and places the order with the total worked out for it.
One polite nudge to someone who picked items and went quiet - never at night, never twice for the same basket.
Works out what each person wants and how soon, and checks back with the ones who went quiet.
Drafts, submits and chases approval for the templates WhatsApp requires after 24 hours.
What sold, what stalled, your best hour to post, and advert ideas built from your own numbers.
Choose 'I sell products' when you sign up. We only ask for what a vendor needs.
Photos, prices, sizes and stock - or import a spreadsheet. Set your delivery areas and fees.
Link WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. Everything lands in one inbox.
Start on Suggest and approve drafts. Move a job to Auto when you trust it.
The assistant is staff, not a replacement for you.

Reply yourself and the assistant stands down in that conversation. Hand it back whenever you like.
Prices, stock and totals are calculated by your catalogue. Discounts only within a limit you set.
Warnings before credit runs low. If it runs out, customers get a friendly holding message and you get notified - your product flows keep taking orders.
Worth knowing before you start.
WhatsApp requires an approved template for that. We write and submit it for you, but approval is Meta's call and usually takes a day or two.
Instagram only lets a business reply to people who wrote first. Those customers are labelled so you know.
Your catalogue sells through your own channels only.
A stop request is recorded and respected on every channel, permanently.
Yes. On ArtizanSquare an assistant answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages using your own product catalogue. It quotes your real prices and stock, adds items to a customer's basket, takes their delivery area and places the order. Every total is calculated by the catalogue, not by the AI, so it cannot invent a price.
Only if you allow it. Each job - answering questions, selling, suggesting add-ons, recovering abandoned baskets, following up leads, writing WhatsApp templates and weekly marketing advice - can be set to Off, Suggest or Auto. On Suggest the assistant drafts and you approve before anything is sent. One Pause button stops everything at once.
Just start typing. The moment you reply in a conversation, the assistant stands down in that conversation and leaves it to you. It picks up again later if you walk away, or you can hand it back with one tap.
Customers are never told. They receive a friendly line saying someone will get back to them shortly, once per conversation per day, and the conversation is flagged for you. You are notified when credit is running low, again when it is almost gone, and when it runs out. Product flows keep taking orders because they do not use AI credit.
Only with an approved WhatsApp template, which is WhatsApp's own rule. ArtizanSquare writes the templates your settings need, submits them to Meta, tracks their approval and tells you when they are live. If a template is rejected it is reworded once and resubmitted, then handed to you.
Yes. Every customer shows a plain label - Can message now, Template only, or Needs them to message first - worked out from each platform's messaging rules. The assistant never messages anyone the platform would not allow, and anyone who says stop is never messaged again.
No. Your catalogue is used to sell through your own WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook conversations. It is not listed on the ArtizanSquare marketplace.
Your catalogue is free for up to five products, including orders and the sales report. Paid plans remove the product limit and include the AI assistant with a monthly allowance of replies, with extra credit available as bundles.
Add five products free and try the assistant on Suggest. You approve every message until you decide you don't need to.
