ArtizanSquare Partnership Programme

Run your business on ArtizanSquare. The top plan is on us for three months.

We're bringing a select group of businesses onto ArtizanSquare ahead of the Christmas, New Year and Valentine season. If you're accepted, you get the top plan that fits your account at no subscription cost for three months, a real person to help you get set up, and the chance to put your business in front of new customers through Wildcards.

In return, use ArtizanSquare for your day-to-day work and tell us honestly what works, what gets in your way and what we need to fix. This is a working partnership, not an account you create and forget.

Sign up and set up as normal, then apply. Businesses are our priority; artizans and vendors are welcome too. We review applications individually, usually within a few hours to one day.

Three months. The top plan. A real person in your corner.

No subscription charge during your term. Hands-on setup and check-ins from a named account manager. A direct way to report bugs and share feedback with the team. And, where your business fits the campaign, a place in Wildcards.

We don't want you to figure everything out alone.

A business owner already has enough to think about: customers asking the same questions, bookings to remember, walk-ins to record, staff to coordinate, payments to reconcile and regulars who need a reason to come back.

ArtizanSquare brings much of that into one place. But a good tool only helps when it's set up properly for the way you actually work. That's why this programme comes with a person who knows your account, a team ready to look into problems, and a direct invitation to tell us what needs to improve.

We want partners who will use the platform for real, not just collect a free subscription. You get useful tools and hands-on support; we learn from people doing the work every day.

Apply to become a partner

What partners get

Your top plan, covered for three months

Get the highest eligible ArtizanSquare plan for your account without paying its subscription fee during your partnership term. Venue-based businesses get Business Scale; independent artizans and vendors selling on their own get Artizan Pro.

A named account manager, not a support maze

A person you can reach when you need help. Your account manager helps with setup, answers questions, explains unfamiliar features, checks in periodically and helps you work through the parts that need attention.

A team that wants to hear when something breaks

Found a bug? Something confusing? A step taking longer than it should? Tell us - from 'Send feedback' in your dashboard or straight to your account manager. Partner reports go to people who are standing by to look at them.

A chance to be discovered through Wildcards

Wildcards lets people put services and products from different businesses on one card and give it as a gift. Partners whose offers fit the season are featured to the people building those cards over Christmas, New Year and Valentine's Day.

A say in what ArtizanSquare becomes

Your questions, suggestions and real examples show us what works in a busy shop, salon, studio or service business, and where we need to make the product clearer or better.

From application to a better-run business

  1. 1

Sign up and set up your business

Create your ArtizanSquare account and set your business (or your artizan or vendor profile) up the normal way. It's free, and it's yours whatever happens next.

  2. 2

    Apply from your account

Tell us what you do, where you operate and how you manage bookings, visits or orders today. It takes about five minutes.

  3. 3

    We review your application

We check whether your business is a good fit for the partnership and the upcoming campaign - usually within a few hours to one day. We may contact you if we need a little more.

  4. 4

If you're accepted, it all switches on

Your top plan is free from that day for three months, and you're introduced to your account manager, who checks in with you regularly. If you're not accepted, you simply carry on as a regular business on ArtizanSquare.

  5. 5

Use it for the real work, and tell us what you find

Run your day-to-day on ArtizanSquare, report bugs when you find them and take part in check-ins. If your offer is in Wildcards, honour it and look after every customer it brings.

November 2026 - February 2027

Be ready for the season people are out looking for experiences.

Christmas plans, New Year treats and Valentine's Day give people a reason to try somewhere new. With Wildcards they put a haircut, a facial and dinner - from different businesses - on one card, pay once, and send it to someone.

As a partner, your business can be featured when your offer, location and availability fit what we're putting together. We handle the campaign; your part is to keep the offer clear, honour what you advertise and give each customer a reason to come back.

Wildcards is a chance to be discovered by new customers. It doesn't guarantee a number of bookings, purchases or revenue.

Who should apply

We're prioritising established, customer-facing businesses that want to run more of their day-to-day through ArtizanSquare. Independent artizans and product vendors who are serious about their customers are welcome too.

  • Salons, barbershops, spas, nail and makeup studios
  • Restaurants, studios, clinics, workspaces and other venue-based businesses
  • Independent professionals who take bookings or visit customers
  • Vendors who sell through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook

You're likely a good fit if you:

  • Are ready to use the platform regularly, not just open an account
  • Can keep your services, prices, availability or catalogue up to date
  • Will tell us honestly when something isn't working
  • Care about the experience your customers get

A good partnership goes both ways

Your part is straightforward:

  • Use ArtizanSquare in your daily work. Record the bookings, walk-ins, visits, sales or orders it supports, rather than leaving the account idle.
  • Keep what customers see current. Prices, services, products, opening hours and availability should match what you can deliver.
  • Tell us the truth. What's useful, what's confusing, what needs to change - and report bugs when you notice them.
  • Stay in touch. Make time for occasional check-ins with your account manager.
  • Take care of the customer. If someone finds you through Wildcards, deliver what you advertised and give them an experience worth recommending.
You don't have to tell us the platform is perfect. You do have to tell us when it isn't - and give your customers your best.

We won't accept every application. Your partnership runs for three months from the day you're accepted, and renewal is reviewed rather than automatic. The full terms are in section 8B of our Terms of Use.

Applications are reviewed individually, usually within a few hours to one day. Partnership is subject to approval.

Questions

What does “free” mean?

The subscription fee for your partnership plan is waived for the three-month term. Charges that come from use - payment processing, booking fees customers pay, our share of forfeited deposits, and paid credits for things like WhatsApp messages, emails or the AI assistant beyond the plan's allowance - still apply unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Your account manager can go through what applies to you.

How long does the partnership last?

Three months from the day you're accepted - that's when your plan is switched on. It can be renewed after a review, but renewal is not automatic. When it ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one - nothing is charged automatically, and nothing is deleted.

Will every applicant be accepted?

No. We review each application for business fit, readiness to use ArtizanSquare and suitability for the campaign, usually within a few hours to one day. If you're not accepted nothing about your account changes - you carry on as a regular business and can apply again later.

Do I need an account to apply?

Yes. Sign up and set your business up the normal way first - it's free - then apply from your account. That way your plan can switch on the moment you're accepted.

Will Wildcards guarantee me new customers?

No. Wildcards gives featured offers a chance to be seen by people buying gifts and planning experiences. Actual bookings and sales depend on demand, location, availability, pricing and the experience you deliver.

Does the three-month term cover the whole Wildcards campaign?

Not necessarily. Your term runs three months from the day you're accepted, while Wildcards runs from November 2026 to February 2027. Your account manager confirms your exact dates, and renewal is reviewed before your term ends.

Do I need to know how to set everything up?

No. Once you're accepted, your account manager helps you with anything you haven't set up yet and explains the features that matter to you. You're still responsible for keeping your business details, prices and offers accurate.

What if I find a bug or need help?

Use 'Send feedback' in your dashboard or contact your account manager. The clearer you can describe what happened and how to make it happen again, the faster we can look into it.

I already pay for a plan. Can I still apply?

Yes. The partnership plan applies on top of your subscription for the term; it doesn't cancel or refund it. Talk to your account manager if you'd like to change your own subscription.

Can artizans and vendors apply?

Yes. Venue-based businesses are the programme's main focus, but independent artizans and product vendors are welcome, and each application is reviewed on its own merits.

Put ArtizanSquare to work in your business.

If you're ready to use it for real, tell us about your business. We'll review your application and, if it's a fit, help you get set up with the tools and a person to back you up.
